Err… The neighbor’s dogs poo in my yard all the time. There is really no use even after talking with them.
If they want the pets, they should act responsibly and clean after their pets. My yard is not their pets’ dropping place.
I don’t mind if they don’t put their pets on leash. Please clean up after your pets.
