No idea what this is…  I write it down for the record and check it next time.

One thing to be watched out for when doing squat..

* Not in a hurry and be sure each set is correct.

Doing it heavy has no use unless each set does it right…otherwise it simply increases the chance of injury.

My son asked at dinner, “Does anyone know when the universe was born?”

Before anyone answered, my 5 years old daughter said, “This is easy.  It is January 1st.”

My 10 years old son just came by and asked, “what are the differences between kiss and sex?”

Well, before answering the question, I need to know how much he really knows about them, “what do you think,” I asked?

“When people kiss with clothes on, this is just kiss”, he said, “when people kiss without clothes, this is sex.”

“Great job”, I said, “this is exactly right.”

I think this is as much as he should know at his age.

There are more guns in this country than people.  With so many crazy mass shootings, why does no one fight back?  Where are people who have guns that can protect themselves and others?

“Drug free zone” or “gun free zone”?

Those are for good people.  When someone wants to do killing, these are inviting signs.  Violence against violence is never a solution.

I am growing sideways.  I can’t even see my toes when I look down. All I see now is my big belly.

I do not think my exercise works. I am still growing sideways.
