2008 Skate America
因 2010 年在加拿大溫哥華的冬季奧運, 今年的 2008 Skate America 為視為美國花式溜冰奧運前的第一場前哨比賽. (2010 年在華盛頓州 Spokane 的 2010 US Figure Skating 將會是奧運前最後一場比賽). 和最囉嗦的小朋友一起去看比賽, 還好去看的人不多. 讓我們在場地換了三次位置, 保持他的耐性…

一條路線, 兩種價錢…
Community Transit 自昨天 (10/1) 起漲價了. Commute to South/Central/East Snohomish 的公車從原本的單程 $3.00 漲成單程 $3.50. Commute to North Snohomish 的公車從單程 $3.75 漲成 $4.50. 我的公車月票是公司付的, 所以對我沒有影響. 不過 Sound Transit 並沒有漲價, 因此造成了一條路線兩種價錢. 比如從西雅圖往返 Lynnwood Transit Center, Community Transit #401, #402 要 $3.50 單程. 可是 Sound Transit #511 卻只要 $2.50. 這現象也發生在 Ash Way Park & Ride. Community Transit #413, #414, #415 是 $3.50 單程. Sound Transit #511 只需 $2.50. 今天早上很明顯的產生了不平衡. 在 Ash Way Park & Ride, Community Transit #414 只上來了三人, 都是有月票的. 後面的 Sound Transit #511 卻有將近 20 個人在那裡排隊. 以前看到會上來 #414 的付錢”老顧客”, 都在 #511 前排隊.
