節錄自西雅圖慈濟 E-mail… “此次寒冬送暖的活動地點是 New Holly Neighborhood Campus. 和我們連繫的 Ms. Joy Bryngelson 是屬於 Seattle Housing Authority, 她負責照顧 New Holly Neighboorhood 的 1200 戶低收入家庭. 她表明這些家庭會很需要這種的幫助, 但因為他們照顧的是全部 1200 戶, 所以雖然我們表明可能只能提供 200 戶家庭, 但他們的訊息發佈還是必須給全部的 1200 戶家庭. 我們的活動是從 11:00 到 2:00, 我們會把所收集到的衣服全部送出去, 三個小時內是不可能服務到 1200 戶家庭, 但我們的衣服要足夠三個小時讓人領取的量, 我們真的希望能帶給這些家庭一些溫暖.” [img=images/20100109.jpg popup=false]
