往北卻搭到往南的 Sounder 火車

幾個月前寫了個搭錯火車 (Sounder) 嗎? 應該往南搭到往北的火車. 現在這個是往北卻搭到往南的 Sounder 火車. 如果從 Tukwila Station 下車, 依所搭乘的公車, 需要在 Southcenter Mall, Rainier Beach 或 Retnon Transit Center 轉乘公車回西雅圖市中心. 看了一下, 時間上不會比較快. 最好情況都要一個小時多一點. * Tukwila Station -> Metro #110 -> Renton Transit Center -> Metro #101 或 Metro #106 回西雅圖 * Tukwila Station -> Metro #126 -> Rainier Beach -> Metro #32, Metro #36, Metro #42 或 Metro #39 回西雅圖 * Tukwila Station – > Metro #140 -> Southcenter Mall -> Metro #150 回西雅圖 另一個方式是到 Kent Station (Tukwila Station 後的下一站)下火車, 從那裡可以直接搭 Metro #150 回西雅圖. 這方式也是約一個小時. 因此建議在 Kent Station 下車, 再轉搭 Metro #150 回西雅圖. Kent Station 附近就是一個商區. 裁員

我想這是公司第四次的裁員… 情況真的是越來越不好. 由於 Snohomish County 的裁員, 近幾個月 Everett Transit Commute 公車上的空位似乎多了些. 根據報導上個月超過五十萬個的工作被裁減. The Upside Down Show

家裡的小朋友很喜歡看 The Upside Down Show (Wiki). 我想這是他唯一可以乖乖的坐電視前看的節目. The Upside Down Show 在 2007 年獲得澳大利亞 Logie Award 的最佳兒童節目獎. 只是 2007 年 Nickelodeon/Noggin USA 電視公司並沒有興趣再續約這節目. 所以這節目總共只有 1 季(13 集). 兩天前當小朋友正在搶佔電腦時, 想想便開了 YouTube 看看有沒有人上傳 The Upside Down Show. 才發現到原來節目裡的兩位主角在澳大利亞還是有名的喜劇二人組 Umbilical Brothers. 在 YouTube 上可以找到不少的片段. (不過這部份非兒童節目). H-Mart Lynnwood 12 月 4 日開張…

在差不多九個月之後, 根據西雅圖當地的韓文週報報導, H-mart Lynnwood 將於 12 月 4 日開張… Lynnwood H-mart 剛好就在 Alderwood Mall 的斜對面. 3301 184th St. SW, Lynnwood, WA
檢視較大的地圖 從西雅圖則需要先搭公車到 Lynnwood Transit Center (Sound Transit #511, Community Transit #401/#402 或華大的 Community Transit #810 或 Community Transit #855/#885). 從 Lynnwood Transit Center 再轉乘每十五分鐘一班的 Community Transit #114/#116, Community Transit #115 或 Community Transit #118. (注意: Community Transit #114/#115/#116/#118 亦經過 Ash Way Park & Ride. 從那裡是 Sound Transit #511 的起站) 這路線比從華大到 Edmonds 大華要方便些. [廣告]往返 Seattle Preimun Outlet 的接駁巴士

上星期 e-mail 問了 Tulalip Casino (Seattle Premium Outlets) 關於他們的接駁巴士, 意外的得知是有這服務. e-mail 上給了我個電話號碼. 上網查找後發現是間華人旅行社在做這服務. 所以就寫下來了. 這價錢會比搭公車(單程約兩個小時多)貴得多, 但是比 Shuttle Express 或計程車便宜許多. 有興趣的人可以打這電話問問. 不能當天預定, 要至少提早一天才行. 這是跑定點定時的接駁巴士.
