狀況: 星期二回到家, 發現家裡的郵箱裡多了很多不屬於家裡地址的信件. 這些信件通通都已經被拆封了. 仔細看一下地址, 這些信都不是附近地址. 結果: 星期三先去了市警局, 確定這是 Postal Inspector 的職權範圍. 郵局內的服務人員, 聽完我的解釋, 郵局, “這些會不會是鄰居的信件?” 我, “我不認為是, 因為這些信的地址都沒有認得的. 不是我住的那區域的地址.” 我, “看看信都已經被拆了. 應該是有人偷信, 再隨手丟進個郵箱.” 郵局, “也許是吧! 非常的抱歉. 我們會把這些信退還給寄件者.” 去年報紙提到有人因偷信被抓. 看情形被抓的人不是偷我住的那一區… 
和公司內的工作夥伴談到這件事. 認為這應該只是弄錯了. 因為不會有人偷信又把拆過的信再放回另一個郵箱. 直接丟掉不是更不留痕跡? 不然就是有人在和我們開玩笑, 或是得罪了其他人…!!!

因故今天必須晚點出門, 約八點左右終於聽見了報紙報導過的, 從 Everett 海軍基地傳出來的 Morning Bugle Call. 這 Morning Bugle Call 還在報紙上引起不少的討論. 算了一下從住的地方到海軍基地還有約 4 英哩的直線距離, 也許是風向吧! 聽得卻是非常的清楚. 不過對我這個對海軍情有獨鍾的人, 還是很高興住的地方也是可以聽見.

警察伯伯在開單…
最近一兩個星期發現警察伯伯在 Ash Way Park & Ride 給那些停在黃線上的車子開單. 這個 Park & Ride 常常八點前就已經是客滿的狀況, 所以很多車子就直接的停在邊邊的黃線上. 只是從來沒有見過有人被開單子, 因為數起來常常也有二三十輛車子停在黃線上. 看情況還是乖乖的停到附近的 Swamp Creek Park & Ride 或是 Mariner Park & Ride. 這兩個 Park & Ride 平常都還有約一半的空位.
